This Privacy Policy explains how Tasskel LLC, doing business as Tasskel Capital ("we," "us"), handles information when you visit our website, request business funding, or take part in our Affiliate or Funding Partner programs.
1. Information we collect. Contact details (name, email, phone, address); business details (business name, industry, time in business, revenue, funding needs); funding documents you upload, such as bank statements; program member details (payout email such as PayPal, and tax information like a W-9); and technical data such as device and browser type, pages visited, referral codes, UTM tags, and a hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address.
2. Sensitive information. Some information, such as tax ID numbers and bank details, is sensitive. We use it only to handle your request, verify identity, prevent fraud, pay commissions, and meet legal duties.
3. How we collect it. Directly from you through our forms and portal; automatically through cookies and similar tools; and from referral partners who submit a business with that business's consent.
4. How we use it. To review funding requests and share them with funding providers; to credit referrals and pay commissions; to run and improve the Services; to send service messages and, with consent, marketing; to prevent fraud and duplicates; and to follow the law.
5. Cookies and tracking. We use a first-party referral cookie for the program's attribution window, and a visitor ID to count unique visits. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
6. How we share it. With funding providers you agree to be matched with; with service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, email, phone, payments such as PayPal); with the affiliate or partner who referred you (masked details and status only); and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information for money.
7. Your choices. Update your account in Settings. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can't opt out of necessary account and security messages. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
8. State privacy rights. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sharing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We honor recognized browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where required.
9. Text message consent. If you give your phone number and agree, we may send texts about your request or account. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to get funding or use the Services. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
10. Data retention. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping duties, then delete or anonymize it.
11. Security. Documents are stored privately and opened only through short-lived secure links. API keys are stored only as secure hashes. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of a breach as the law requires.
12. Children. The Services are for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
13. Other websites. Links to other sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
14. Changes. We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
15. Accessibility. We aim to make this site usable for everyone. If something blocks you, contact us and we will help another way.
